It just gets to me when people throw words around like saying a professional coach lacks common sense. We can all say what we think it's good for the team but the coach is the one with the players who knows their capacity.

Almost everything we have criticised flick for has turned to hunt us. Is it our choice of Hector over Gerrard mumu. We just saw yesterday why Gerrard Martin as terrible as he is, is far better than Fort. Is it the choice of starting Ferran ahead of Olmo? Both options failed.

I am just saying that no matter what we feel, we shouldn't say things that are disrespectful to the coach. It pains me to hear it.

araujo is strong in physicality and speed as you said. He can handle physically strong strikers and covering open spaces. But my issue with him is that he has struggled with ball playing under flick high line system, sometime commiting error.

Cubarsi can be exposed against stronger forwards, but he's quick adapting to the system. He reads the game, and his composure and passes is top notch. He's still developing though.

Andres christi brings balance with stong positioning. For inigo, he struggles when exposed in large spaces.

Araujo at right back would be better than Eric considering the fact that he is physical and energetic and also aggressive. He can stop counters coming from the flanks since that's how we usually concede.

I'm not too comfortable with Eric at that possible although he starting won't be bad.

Eric can come in for Cubarsi since he is on a yellow.

We need physicality in this game, because Inter gat physical players, and if we meet PSG in finals, it won't be easy for us, seeing they are equally possessive as we.

My take is for Christensen to start since he is tall, that height would help and Araujo for right back... He can play whoever he wishes for the rest.

We must all bear in mind that this time seemingly has no hope some months ago and getting only olmo in the transfer window worsened our tiny chances, and here we are, gunning for a treble and you lot still complaining....

Olmo ke? With him recent GBA football.

I'll pick either of Gavi or Fermin Lopez over him starting in a heartbeat. Olmo is great for tired legs. Not against physical monsters like Inter in their 100 💯 state.

Gavi brings the necessary physicality and relentless press. Fermin is also a press monster and can run for hours. Fermin brings goal threats also with his shooting. Gavi isn't shy of making tackles and fouls. They're all physically matched for inter asides Olmo.

I remember the last game where Fermin Lopez was kicked on his foot, he really felt the pain but refused to fall and made sure he kept the ball in play. That's the kind of physicality and mentality we need against Inter cos those Italians will surely roughen us up. Olmo doesn't inspire such confidence, especially with him somehow forgetting how to shoot outside the box after his injury. His shooting was one dynamism I loved about him earlier this season but he's snuffed that part out recently.
