Gamers assemble, this Amazing Game art work caught my attention the other day and I fell in love with it.
But I want to throw this out there, as a gamer will you buy this Framed PlayStation controller Art.
It will add beauty to your gaming room and can also hang in the parlour with other artworks, to show you are a true gamer.

One question will you buy this Yes /No

NO, I would not buy it!:

But:

I will probably treasure it and hang it in my space, if my wife gifts it to me.

What I am saying is, direct your marketing at Gamers girlfriends, wives, friends and families and watch as your target market/audience grow and influence your sales.

I then asked AI for help on this niche, see the results belorw

"This is a brilliant niche idea, tapping into both nostalgia and the gifting market. Here's how you can manage and market it effectively:

---

1. Concept & Product Management

Curate Themes: Offer themed pieces—e.g., “Retro 90s Console Tribute”, “Gamer’s First Love”, “Arcade Resurrection.”

Custom Orders: Let customers send in old gaming gear to be turned into personalized wall art.

Limited Editions: Use rare parts (e.g., SNES or Dreamcast controllers) to create premium, limited-edition pieces.

---

2. Production & Sourcing

Game Part Sourcing: Collect parts from e-waste centers, thrift stores, broken game gear online (eBay, OLX), or partner with gaming communities.

Workshop Setup: Create a small studio or collaborate with local assemblers/artisans who can handle delicate mounting and design.

Inventory System: Maintain a categorized inventory of parts for better planning and efficient builds.

---

3. Marketing Strategy

A. Target Gamers Directly

Instagram & TikTok: Share before-and-after transformation reels of wall art made from broken game parts.

Reddit & Discord: Engage with niche communities like r/gaming, r/retrogaming, or game-specific Discords.

Gamers' Events: Display at Comic-Con, gaming tournaments, or anime expos.

B. Target Loved Ones of Gamers

Emotive Positioning: Market it as “The perfect gift for the gamer who has everything.”

Occasions Focused: Highlight gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s, or "In memory of" pieces.

Etsy & Gift Marketplaces: List your creations on handmade and specialty platforms where gift buyers search.

---

4. Brand Identity

Name Ideas:

Ctrl+Art+Del

GamerFrame

ByteWalls

PixelRemains

Save Point Memories

Slogan: “When the game ends, the memories stay.”

---

5. Pricing & Packaging

Tiered Pricing:

Mini wall piece (₦10,000–₦15,000)

Medium frame (₦20,000–₦30,000)

Large statement wall (₦50,000+)

Packaging: Use vintage game boxes or controller cases as packaging—recyclable and thematic.

---

6. Expansion

Bundle Products: Add gamer quote plaques, LED lights, or matching mouse pads.

NFT Tie-ins: Offer a digital twin of each keepsake as an NFT.

Merch Collab: Partner with local game stores or influencers."

This type of art is a mix of multimedia/installation, and I believe you'd make a name for yourself, just keep at it and don't keep your hopes too high at the begining.

Also, go to game repairers shops, Oshodi, Ikeja etc and you'll pack loads of raw materials freely.

Do not frame your installations behind breakable glasses, cement them in liquid glass
