Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily restaurant and lounge operations
• Supervise staff and ensure high service standards
• Monitor inventory and manage suppliers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Plan and execute promotional activities and events
• Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and staff performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a manager in a hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an advantage
