I personally don't trust the handling of criminal prosecution cases involving northerners in this country. My observation is that they're given preferential treatment like that Gombe driver who ran over Christians during a procession just this past Easter

Once you have a case either as the compliant or suspect and the IPO is asking you both what's your tribe? Just know nepotism and tribalism is about to decide which direction the case will go and lucky is the one among you two who is from the tribe of the IPO.

So it's ok for you to think that ideally that faces of "suspects" should or are not being shown until proven guilty but that's not the case in Nigeria. The financial power of the suspects, connections and tribe are what determines how he is treated and handled.
