O ti lo. Toyota and Honda cars are very easy to steal with master key. My Honda Accord was stolen in front of my house. Better to buy steering lock and pedal lock to safeguard your vehicle. Or buy unpopular brands that won't be stolen.

A car that was in my care was stolen on the (1st of may.2025)still difficult for me to explain how all this happened,I parked at a popular junction here in benin city,at ulegun market junction immediately after bridge idogbo,upper sakponba, its around 9:pm i quietly parked at the junction just for me to cross to an aboki man joint to get a fast indomie,I perfectly central locked the motor and locked the steering neck,the key was with me just for me to cross back the car was no-where to be found,with alot of my belongings and people's money inside a cash of above 1.8million was hide under the center sit, including 3posmachine power Bank my shop key inside
It's a [b][/b]a Toyota sienna 2006model dark blue color,still in tears writing this message because the car was just brought back from workshop where I upgraded it and spray it newly,it just a day interval.
If anyone has any details at all in recovering this car should help me out, already report to the police.

..did the Honda Accord car have tracker.. did you report it to the police..were you able to get your car back

That is a 2001 Sienna, I put a 2006 model for your information, some of you dont do research before buying a vehicle you even registered it s a 2006 how can the authorities track it for you. Am sure you didn't install car tracker on the vehicle.

Your vehicle is an investment always spent on its protection , you use yours for business, a comprehensive insurance would have been a good idea to, its obvious someone tracked you and stole your vehicle, the person must have studied your habits especially your rendezvous at the suya joint.

The 2001 Sienna is the most sought for in the sienna brand its the most durable among all of them, the engine is bullet proof but the also in high demand. Visit any car butchering especially at Onitsha and Ladipo.

Sorry for the loss but this is a 1999/2000 Sienna, don't make mistake in your reporting to the police so they don't go about looking for the wrong van

Oh so sorry for your loss bro. I know how painful this is but thank God you are not hurt and you can still fight to recover the car via the right authorities.

But if I may advice if you recover the vehicle, kindly advice the real owner to install a car tracker. This not only helps in recovery, it can also help to save lives. I recall an incident that happened to a sister of one of my customer, she was car jacked and she was struggling with the assailants and in the process she was pushed out and sustained bruises all over. If she had a tracker, she won't bother to drag with them as she knows that she can just shutdown the Vehicle. Her case was what prompt her sister to install tracker on her own vehicle.

Does your honda key have sensor? The ignition won't start unless it can't connect with the sensor in the key.
I use to think Honda's are relatively safe from been stolen whole.

I.e. a passerby couldn't have just looked at a 2003 model car and known such an amount of money was in the car.

The theft was organized by people who know you.

There's a lot of question to be asked about this Siena. First of all, if it was in your care, why do u have to paint or upgrade it. Who actually is the owner of the vehicle and on what condition was it given to you to hold.
Secondly, if it is a popular junction with people there, it means the person that gained access to it used the same car keys, knows about the vehicle and confidently drove it off.
So the mystery surrounding the car theft is within your vicinity. I pray you find it soon. Don't just report to the police. Find a good detective to pay and work with.

it was my inlaw car, and we both spent our money together for the upgrading, he's aware of everything I normally use it to drop his children at school,also use it as my own mobility
