If the president had done that when the agulu fraud was in power anambara people won't b running to Lagos today.

Imagine being d governor of one of d most industrialised state n he's still the largest importer of goods
The incompetent Tinubu would stop running to France and patronize the Aso Rock Clinic and other medical hospitals in the country

Clueless APC Government
Re: "Nigeria First": Tinubu To Sign Executive Order Prioritising Local Industries by casualobserver:
Better late than never! It’s one of the 1st things he should have done!

How can we have assembly plants in Nigeria that create jobs for Nigerians and we are buying imported Prados and land cruisers?

If the benefits of his reforms are late in coming it’s because he didn’t do basic things like this on time!

All govt purchased air conditioners, TVs, photocopiers etc must be locally assembled, all school uniforms must be local fabric. Just basic low hanging fruits. Only locally produced food and drinks for official entertainment. Etc etc

I’ll be honest with you, even though I fully support the president, sometimes I wonder about some of the people advising him . I’ve said it before I particularly worry about the “Lagos boys”…..they are used to nonsense and exhibit arrogance in the process of executing mediocre ideas! All they know is how to package deals! If not for Tinubu himself and the fact that his opponent were Atiku and Obi, I would otherwise never vote for anyone who is part of the LASG APC political family!

How can it take you 2 years to know that buy local for the govt which is a large purchaser is one of the best policies to stimulate the economy?

Sheuns:
Let him start by changing his official car to either NORD or Innoson.
Tinubu's TVC was Innoson's highest customer in the Private sector.

That's even before he became President.

Go and look at the Igbo billionaires and big businesses. What support did they give Innoson?

If Innoson were from the North, he would have gone very far by now.

PANDORA PAPERS: Buhari visited Tinubu in corruption-tainted London villa acquired by Oyetola

Governor Oyetola, a relative of Mr Tinubu, may have sabotaged his own country by buying the exotic property as Nigeria made to seize it.
ByNicholas IbekweandTaiwo-Hassan Adebayo October 7, 2021 in Headline Stories, Pandora Papers Reading Time: 8 mins read

It was a meeting of two of Nigeria’s most influential politicians in London – President Muhammadu Buhari was visiting political kingmaker and senior member of his ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.

In July, the presidency announced that Mr Buhari was heading to London for an education summit. The office also added that the president would also see his doctors for “medical check-up”.

Coincidentally, Mr Tinubu, who had travelled to London earlier, was also receiving treatment for an undisclosed ailment in the British capital. So, a perfect setting for both men to meet was created.
