After continuous observation over time, I've noticed that I've got uneven leg length.

My right leg is longer than my left leg. I think this has affected my height and stature. I'll look at my waistline and see that it is literally slanted.

This length variation,I believe, has also lead to uneven weight distribution,where my body weight is shifted towards my left.

Health practitioners Is this a normal thing?
And am I gonna be okay?

Go to a good hospital and book to be reviewed by a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

In a private hospital, sure. In a general hospital he will have to go to the outpatient department first; seeing the specialist requires a referral letter. The general/family physicians will see him and they will either deal with the problem there, whatever it is or they will refer to the specialist, probably the orthopedist.

You're going to be okay, my friend.
You may be right about the length discrepancy because such does happen. And over time it may indeed cause issues with the upper body. However, one must start by confirming this to be true or find the explanation if this suspicion is disproved.
