This is not new this is just who PO is. Man is a giver without expectation.

The statement: "We no dey give shi shi!" only applies to bribe. But when it comes to investing in human capital development and education, dude has always been a giver even before he went into politics.

The only reason most Northern politicians will want to poison the mind of their people with religious and tribal rhetorics is because they don't want them (the North) to see the light (become largely educated) because they know if they do then it is finished because they won't be able to use them for their political games/gains anymore.
