I’m not saying people aren’t building houses of course they are but I’m specifically talking about civil servants.

But the saddest truth is, most civil servants under this Tinubu's regime are super corrupt, they now device so many means to make money through office corruption and kickbacks, and they call it window or side income. So with the illegitimate money they are getting from office corruption, yes they can build mansion like the politicians

We can choose to keep fooling ourselves, but the reality is that the only way civil servants can build houses now is by looting money in their ministry. Dem plenti for Abuja. Some even have estates.

Going by this analysis and the true state of things in the country, a low to medium-level civil servant fully reliant on his civil service job cannot build a house, sadly, the reality of this is one of the reasons corruption will never end in Nigeria
