PSG is a top dog in world football with oil/unlimited money. The issue is that you're still looking them as a small team. They played UCL final some years ago, played semis last season. Now they're in the final. Their coach is a treble winner and one of the greatest coaches in the biz right now. They deserve their position. Barca on the other hand are upcoming. Let's see what they'll do in a few years with Flick spending some cash.
