Tribalism blocks your brain. Was it radio or unregulated internet platforms? You see if it was a radio then it's a home run for the prosecution, why? Because there would be evidence of him entering a radio station, witnesses like sound engineer, gateman, and other radio technicians. But unregulated platforms like his radio biafra broadcast station can be done from anywhere without witnesses, and you can't prove that it's his voice or he's the one actually saying those things.
