Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is slowly trading the pulpit for a stethoscope—and doing it dangerously wrong. His reckless comments encouraging increased salt intake are not just false—they’re deadly. With millions in his congregation, spreading such unscientific nonsense is a public health threat.

This isn’t spiritual guidance; it’s medical malpractice in a robe. Stroke, hypertension, heart failure, and cardiac death await those who take him seriously.

He must be compelled to publicly retract that misinformation, apologize both to his church and on national platforms, and reminded that spiritual authority does not equate to medical license.

Lives are at stake.
Nobody compelled him to retract the 5G/COVID conspiracy stuff he belched out from his pulpit. undecided

Could it be that God is using pastor Chris to depopulate the highly populated country starting with the morons that listen to him? That's what I think. God works in mysterious ways. Or he is being sponsored by Nigerian nephrologists who need more customers patients.

When a lie / narrative - expert, official, etc - is repeated over and over again it becomes "fact“!

The world's billions are suffering from Stockholm's Syndrome!

Governments worldwide allow:
- Maggi and sisters
- tobacco
- alcoholic drinks
- sugar-ridden soft drinks
- junk "foods"
- GMOs
- betting
- etc

They demonize CO2, cholesterol, supplements, herbals, promote use of genetic "vaccines", demonized ivermectin, hcq, etc to treat kokofid, etc

End game....Will get worse....More official and expert lies on the way..... People would take them hook, line and sinker....they won't question them...they won't do their own investigations.....

This happens when you delve into everything. Everyone must stay in their area of expertise and strength. Chris for sometime has been trying to be everywhere and everything. Last last, na disgrace go end am.

These days he comments on elections, medicine, technology in ways that honestly make him look stupid before those who have/had great regard for him. Maybe he is seeking some sort of relevance. I wonder why someone as famous as he is would choose to chase inanity in order to stay in the news. It's absurd!

The real problem is sugar not salt, if you can do without sugar, all your sickness will be gone within two months.

He is right. Salt is very good but must also be in moderation. Don't trust the Pharma or Ministry of Health, WHO or whatever they call themselves.

Even the recent vaccines that are been rolled out by some primary health sponsored by some NGO, using some Nigerian populace as testing ground made me know that even the medical or Pharma world is business to some elite.

Is it possible for someone to over eat salt? When you put too much salt in soup, then you won't be able to eat the food again.

I am sure some medical doctors dey on seat when oyakhilome dey talk that nonsense, and they could not challenge him. This is why Sunday school teaching is the best activity in churches, an activity where u can raise up your hand and ask questions to challenge the thought of your teacher.
The whole sermon session na nonsense, someone will just stand in front of the whole church and be dishing out untruths and plenty big big lamba and no one can challenge his/her thought

As much I don’t support his opinion of taking salt as people tends to over do in such cases, basically the truth also lies in the fact that when you have a high blood pressure saline water is the first aid administered to the patient.
even though at a registered proportion but he ain’t lying also.

You should attack the message and not the MOG

Is what he said about Africa being complied to buy sodium based medication true or false,
Beside the medication, they will still had to eat foods that contain salts, and that's like double intake already
