🇷🇺 Russian President Vladimir Putin has taken center stage at Russia’s Victory Day parade on Friday, attended by world leaders from 30 countries in a highly anticipated event.

Watching as thousands of troops marched across Moscow’s Red Square, Putin stood next to his guest of honor, the Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

The annual May 9 commemoration of the Russia's victory over Nazi Germany in World War II is one of the most important days in Russia's calendar, and this year marks its 80th anniversary.

Glory to the Eternal Red Army! Glory to Russia!

Russia lost 27 million lives defeating Nazi Germany & fascism. A sacrifice that can never be repaid and the world owes it's freedom to the bravery of the Russians who killed 85% of the Nazis.

The price for this thread must have been very high compared to random Russian propaganda. I saw where OP tackled Seun about limited pictures on NL.

These are just leaders who need access to Russia vast resources. I am surprised many African leaders didnt appear.

To EU leaders, Russia is isolated. Like Trump always said, the war between Russia and Ukraine should never have happened. Joe Biden and those EU leaders believe that Russia would be crumbled with heavy economic sanctions within a year of the war. Today, Russia is still standing tall.

Putin must be very proud.

The fact that Xi Jinping, the head of the second largest economy in the world was present would make his day.

Also, the presence of many leaders of low income countries were present

I used to believe what Americans used to say about Russia and other nations.. ... Until years back
.
So why is other nation government flocking to Russia to celebrate with them despite America always tarnishing Russia reputation?

To EU leaders, Russia is isolated.

They are actually somehow..
. If you check the list of countries in attendance, I bet you won't get up to 8 big economies aside Russia itself.

The 3 biggest are China, Brazil and Iran.
Moderate to big are Venezuela, Vietnam and south Africa
Then others
