These are just leaders who need access to Russia vast resources. I am surprised many African leaders didnt appear.

To EU leaders, Russia is isolated. Like Trump always said, the war between Russia and Ukraine should never have happened. Joe Biden and those EU leaders believe that Russia would be crumbled with heavy economic sanctions within a year of the war. Today, Russia is still standing tall.
