He sold to someone that has Ben penned down as a terrorist.

Nobody is asking him not to sell to him, but he was supposed to report it to the authorities.
So if a terrorist buys phone from Samsung or TV from LG, British govt will charge Samsung and LG for funding terrorist

Ojiri knows his customer has terrorism links according to the report but doesn't want to let go of the huge patronage from him. The customer uses the art collection to launder terrorism financing by purchasing the art collections whose values actually appreciate with time. When time comes to disburse for terrorism execution, it is easy for him to sell one or more of those items without suspicion from the authorities in order to fund the execution of the evil plan.

huh

Omotaday:
Lol you better educate yourself.

First of all, read the news. The man hasn’t hurt anyone.

Secondly, the west(UK,US, Israel etc) control the narratives in the world. They can easily term any person, establishment or country a terrorist and it’s going to fly without people examining the genuinity. They control the media and public opinion therefore they put things in your head.

Let me give you an example. When you hear Hezbollah, you think “terrorism but let me burst your bubble, Hezbollah itself was created to defend against Israel incursion into Southern Lebanon in 2006, they have not in anyway fought because of religion or committed suicide bombings anywhere and not even in the US or Uk.

Another example, Qaseem Soleimani, the Iranian general killed by Trump, led the fight against ISIS in Syria and Iraq but was called a terrorist and killed by the US because they aren’t in good terms. However, Al-shaara Jolani, the present Syria president who was in the US most wanted list and well known as Al-Qaeda leader is now rubbing shoulders with the US, France and all the western countries because he’s doing their bidding.

In conclusion, be aware of the hypocrisy of the western countries.
My comment was clear. Get the message

The hypocrisy of the West sha.. The verdict doesnt even seem clear.. This is a case of knowingly or unknowingly selling art to a person suspected to have links with Hezbollah on what seems flimsy at its best. This is the same UK who lied about Iraq having WMDs as a pretext to illegally invading and destroying that country which they never apologized for among so many other crimes they committed against humanity which makes them a terrorist nation. But here they are have the braas neck to proscribe other groups as terrorists groups..

No, you have to get the news first, maybe by actually reading it.

The man is no terrorist, and that makes your comment though thoughtful but irrelevant on this occasion.

Re: British-Nigerian Ochuko Ojiri Found Guilty Of Funding Hezbollah by Mathewrichard99: 9:00pm On May 09, 2025
It's more of sponsoring terrorism. Let's imagine a footballer of Palestinian origin playing for Arsenal FC. He's doing a legit job and also residing in England but from his pay, he's always channeling part to Hamas militants group in Palestine through an evading means. That's sponsoring terrorism. That act and money laundering goes side by side and both are illegal and could result in long jail term.

My Ban ends today and I’m back.
First, I want to appreciate Seun for adding the block button to this forum for sane people like us to still enjoy this forum without zone B everywhere on paid role to carry out their usual propaganda.

Secondly, that admin that ban me, come enter heaven make I see.

Thirdly, please Seun, you need lots of work to do. When a usual is blocked please even if someone quote him or her please make it privacy so that the person that block the user won’t get to still read the comment of the zone . Please can you make the block to be permanently until the person decide to unlock the person? Since I block so many users, zone B and paid propagandists, Nairaland is now very sweet. Please add more of the above mentioned.

Thank you
I swear Chief. I don block over 50 idiots and paid urchins. I dey enjoy nairaland now.

This is discrimination. The "terrorist sympathiser" has an extensive art collection and did business with other artists ... galleries and auction houses. Why is this guy only charged? And what made them conclude the guy other guy supports terrorism? ...because of his name and background? Democracy is not a 24/7 system.

Now that it hits home, you should now realize what they have been calling terr.orist, terro.rism all these years. I know that if Ochuko’ Ojiri is Muslim you wouldn't think twice before you believe he's a terr.orist. But because he's not Muslim you paid attention to details.

Listen, this is example of trump up charges they brought against Muslims that you called "terrorists".

Will you now rethink?
