Everyone is beginning to see that PBAT's reforms are real and are headed in the right direction. The senators and govs defecting are not doing so to position themselves for 2027 or 2031 presidency. They are doing so to cement their hold on their seats.
None of the major players for presidency in 2023 have defected to APC. Not even Wike or Bala Muhammad. None of the govs whose terms will expire by 2027 have defected either.
