Good, but with Arsenal still in good form, no more UCL for Madrid. I just wish Arsenal can always stay longer in UCL to pluck RM out and then follow them out in the next game as we just saw it unfolded this season.

If you think Arsenal won Madrid because they were very good then you're a dreamer and don't know how to analyse football. Arsenal won because they faced a very terribly poor Madrid side who have been terrible all season. You can see how PSG took Arsenal to the cleaners. You can also see how Arsenal bottled up the league. Like this was the best chance to win the EPL yet they still bleeped up. I've always said it, if Arsenal want to move higher they need to sack Arteta and overhaul their mediocre players. To me the only stars they have are Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli and the goal keeper Raya. All the others are big flops

Capello never won champions league with Madrid please. Get your facts right. I however agree with the part that he was sacked because his style of football was largely unappealing

what I read back then was that jupp heynckes who was like Madrid third manager in 97 / 98 season was relieved of his job because he didn't win the league even though he salvaged a turbulent Madrid ship midway to win the season's UCL . Such scenario would also repeat in 2002/03 season with dell bosque getting the sack after winning the league . Their reason for sacking him ? He failed to retain the UCL they won a season prior! Weird old men, those Madrid board and president.

Not many coaches have luck with big clubs. Some coaches do well with unknown young players not super stars. I hope Alonso succeeds

Whatever it is, Arsenal will Sha win Madrid. Even back in the days of the All Stars of Madrid, Arsenal still dealt with them. So on that, I give it to Arsenal to always uproot Madrid if they meet.

Impatience has really worked for Real Madrid. Perez runs it like a very serious business. Zero room for experiment. It's the reason they don't experience trophy drought like some big clubs in Europe. How can you keep a coach in a supposedly big club without a major trophy beyond two seasons?

Patience here and there is how people become accustomed to mediocrity and failure.

Stop calling him Mugu. He made his choice. Pep spoke wit him at length on the fone but his Dad/agent prefers Bayern.

As for ur question. Wirtz will fit in, remember Muller is gone. Wirtz could play alongside Musiala, or Musiala could take up the wing position to accommodate Wirtz. Musiala is very dangerous playing from the wing. Wirtz will comfortably walk into the first team of any top club in football.
