We’re a tech and digital marketing agency in Lagos seeking talented professionals for three roles: Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Officer, and Admin & Accounts Executive. These hybrid roles require 1-2 days in-office weekly. Lekki-Ajah residents preferred.

Job Descriptions

Social Media Manager
Manage multiple social media accounts. Runs successful ad campaigns with results.
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to boost brand awareness and traffic. Develop social media strategies, oversee account aesthetics, and collaborate with teams for brand consistency.

Digital Marketing Officer
Lead generation using various methods including AI tools and software
Email marketing & Sales funnel management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns - email marketing, social media to drive leads and conversions. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for client success.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Manager:
o Research trends and audience preferences.
o Design and execute social media strategies.
o Create and post daily content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
o Manage accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Monitor SEO and traffic metrics (Google Analytics).
o Engage followers and respond to queries.
o Oversee account designs (profiles, covers).
o Capture event content in Lagos.
o Propose innovative campaigns and report on ROI.
• Digital Marketing Officer:
o Develop and manage digital campaigns across platforms.
o Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO/PPC.
o Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
o Collaborate with creative teams for ad content.
o Report on KPIs and campaign ROI.


Requirements
• Social Media Manager:
o Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
o Facebook & Instagram Ads expert
o Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
o Excellent copywriting and communication.
o Knowledge of SEO, keyword research
o Creative and analytical multitasker.
o BSc in Marketing or related field.

• Digital Marketing Officer:
o Lead generation using various methods including AI tools and software
o Email marketing & Sales funnel management
o Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email).
o Proficiency with Facebook Ads, Analytics, and CRM tools.
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
o Excellent communication and project management.
o BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• General:
o Familiarity with online marketing and web design (preferred for Social Media and Digital Marketing roles).
o Lekki-Ajah proximity a plus.

• Salary: ₦80,000 - ₦120,000/month per role.
