Convert to a hotel (not an hotel)

The building is uninhabitable by the government of Alex Oti,but habitable to be a five star hotel.? All that Alex Otti needed to do is modifying that building to the standard of his dream rather than the thought of building a fresh government house.

Who owns the hotel? Who will run and manage the place. Is it the state government that will do that? Where will the funds come from. Another unnecessary conduit pipe. Provision and management of basic facilities for the public are still in the pipeline and now you want to add Government Hotel to the list requiring budjet. Why don't you just sell it off. LOL.

The governor is just looking for ways to steal money. What stops him from upgrading the current one instead of spending humongous money building a new one.

Turning uninhabitable to a 5 star hotel is a dumb statement. Who would then want to lodge in an uninhabitable 5 star hotel.

Mediocrity, cluelessness and kwarruption was the order of the day in Abia state governance from 1999 right up to 2023! That Abia still stands today is only down to the individual effort and indomitable spirit of the average Abian!

One of the benefits of the presidential system of government which we claim to practice is that the three arms of government are there for checks & balances but unfortunately the legislature which is supposed to checkmate the excessess of the executive is another branch of the arm which it was meant to checkmate .
That been said Abians were under bondage all through the years PDP were in charge and ikpeazu was the worst amongst them.
