Flying across vast body of water from Australia to Africa can be scary.

Australia is in the far side of the world.
So basically, you're saying that we've lost a brother and his family to Australia forever? Amen grin grin

8000 is a big deal anywhere, even if you earn above 250k
Yesterday I was watching a video on X where a woman was talking about bricklayer making 150 pounds in a single day(that's for a menial job).

What this people won't tell you is that that 150 has a lot of baggages but sell picture of paradise to unsuspecting victims.

I know that 8k is a lot of money , understand my post first .

Alright... I like his honest view in this narration
It is not quite honest though

While it is true that flight Ticket from the UK to Nigeria is cheaper, Flight ticket from Australia for an economy class is just around $2000 , definitely not the $8000 dollars , he is talking about.

What tends to happen is that people in Australia tends to have other members of their family in Australia too, but they do travel, just like other diasporan.

I remember a guy from Melbourne on his way to Nigeria that we were gisting, he literally said that a trip to Nigeria(maybe just the flight ticket) cost him 2 weeks wages.

Lemme try and break it down for you
You see those functional and first world countries?
The non formal sectors keep them functional
That's why they pay them a lot and also provide...SUBSIDIES to keep them motivated
Same reason formal education is cherished and expensive over there
Now imangine a scenario where a hitherto working country seriously neglects it's non formal sector, removes ESSENTIAL subsidies, pays politicians silly money at the expense of both it's formal and non formal sectors?
Chances are that country would fail
I did not call any country o

Yeah, but how will they get past all these powerful Tinubu appointees who'd lose their jobs if they get elected, and these powerful people heavily invested in continuation of Tinubu presidency?

YOU CAN TAKE A PERSON OUT OF NIGERIA BUT YOU CAN'T TAKE NIGERIA OUT OF THEM

IMAGINE A MAN WITH SUCH EXPOSURE AND EDUCATION STILL HAVING THIS MENTALITY:

Why did you choose to relocate to Australia?

I tell people that any place outside Nigeria is fine because you still have to board a plane.

Pick your partner carefully or else you will learn the hard way. Nor be by big yansh or boobs or "I like his height" or his complexion or "we look good together".

Only people born with a silver spoon have the luxury of marrying (or divorcing) anyhow they like, and even that is a risk. For those that have to build something, making the right decisions at the right time is very crucial. I can't emphasise this point enough. Having a partner that you can bounce ideas off, with pragmatic feedback is more than a million dollars. Someone that complements your vision and fills in the gaps for you. Not someone who complements your style or looks

Yeah about 2k. 2k one, 2k two.One can even see flights of $1600-1800 on some days. Prices for Round trip to & fro starts from about $4000 for one. And not the 8000 misinformation. Or 190 pounds UK misinformation.

Do you know what is South? How many states are in the South and how many did Obi win?

Really? That's why he asked Emefiele to change Naira so Tinubu can't use his massive stockpile of Naira? Do you think Buhari would have lost Abuja or Lagos if he was running? You don't understand - people who'd conduct and call the elections would lose their jobs if the president lost

But you have no way of knowing this until you're already in the marriage. Also, people change and people can deceive you as to who they really are till long after marriage. So eventually it boils down to luck. But I gave you a like anyway because you have a point

Total votes Obi got in the south is far latger than Tinubu and Atiku.

Total states Obi won is more than Tinubu and Atiku.

I told you Buhari changed his mind 3 days to election, you're talking about months to election
