From what’s shared on this 2015 I think I already have ideas on what to expect but if you have more to share you can share with me

Oando Assessment Centre

Oando Assessment Centre is a vital stage in the Oando Graduate Trainee recruitment process for programs like the Oando Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) and other entry-level positions. Oando Assessment Centre is designed to assess applicants’ suitability and eligibility for positions within the oando through a series of structured and competitive assessment exercises.

A. What Happens at the Oando Assessment Centre?

Oando assessment centre typically includes:

1. Group Exercises:

Applicants are divided into teams and given tasks or scenarios to solve collectively. This helps evaluate:

A. Teamwork

B. Leadership potential and skills

C. Communication skills

E. Decision-making ability



2. Case Studies or Business Simulations:

Oando Graduate Trainee Recruitment: The Next Stage After Completing The Oando Graduate Trainee Aptitude Test



After completing the Oando Graduate Trainee Aptitude Test, the next stage in the Oando Graduate Trainee recruitment process normally follows the steps below:

A. Shortlisting for Oando Assessment Center

Applicants for the position of an Oando Graduate Trainee who pass the Oando Graduate Trainee aptitude test will be shortlisted and invited to the next stage of the oando graduate trainee recruitment process which will be:

Oando Assessment Center which will be virtual and grouped into activities such as:

1.Group Tasks

2. Case studies

3. Presentations

Applicants can get past assessment materials for oando assessment center to familiarize themselves with the oando assessment center presentation and tasks to accomplish.




B. Oando Graduate Trainee Technical and Behavioral Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated further through:

1. Oando Graduate Trainee Technical interviews to test job-specific skills.

2. Oando Graduate Trainee Behavioral/competency interviews to evaluate an applicant's alignment with the core values and culture of Oando.

The above interview will be virtual and a one-on-one interview, often with Oando HR or panel-based.


C. Final Interview or Executive Interview

Applicants that come out tops will undergo a final interview with senior management or executives for final evaluation.

D. Background Check and Offer

Successful candidates will be invited for:

1. Document verification and background checks.

2. Offer of employment and onboarding details.

Thanks am just seeing this it was a different experience we did all same day and it started from last week Wednesday till 30th of May for the interview

Am typing this here for the future set that’ll be applying for OANDO GT

So first thing when we went in they checked our DOCUMENTS
> WAEC
> NYSC
> UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE
> BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Some people where sent back who didn’t have their complete documents then after they checked out documents we moved to the first stage of the Assessment center which is
1. Analytical assessment
In this assessment they gave us a case study of a company and was asked to do a power point presentation of the issues i.e the challenges stated in the case study so on the slide which is on the screen of the Laptop we’re to create our slides on the solution to each of the challenges stated in

I created up to 9slides using a good template and some other insights from my power point skills and it’s for 50minutes after which we where asked to save and leave the room

2. The second stage is to present the power point slide which I prepared during the analytical test and note we didn’t go in with our phones so a laptop was placed on the table and I was asked to put the slide on presentation mode of which I was then asked to talk about the points I gave in the slides the solutions and why I chose those solutions for 10min after which the interviewer would ask some questions from the slide to test your analytical ability

3. Then CBI interview so they had a lot of questions and each individual to their room with 1 interviewer tbey where all ladies they didn’t use Cv but from the CBI question asked I was able to use my Cv I.e my experience to answer the questions when I was asked about a challenge I faced and how I resolved it with little supervision I told her about a time when I built a VFD panel from scratch for a client as my team lead Automation Engineer was on site so I had to take up the role of building it alone with little/No supervision from my boss SO I answered all the questions using the STAR format and my interviewer was nice and as I was speaking she was scoring me

4. The 4th stage which is the last is the group discussion same as the analytical task we where given a sheet of blank paper and a case study printed on a4 then given about 10min to read the case study and profer solution to the challenges on our sheet after which we wheee asked to discuss amongst ourselves so I took up the role of the moderator I spoke a lot though and also allowed others speak it ran for 35min



They also gave us nice snacks and drink it was a nice experience

I just hope and pray I get shortlisted for the next stage so this is my experience in 2025 OANDO GRADUATE ACCELERATION PROGRAM ASSESSMENT CENTRE organized by WORKFORCE group future generations can follow this pattern I’ll be back here to share the testimony of getting the job by Gods grace 🙏🏼

Yeah the rejection mail dropped last week Monday but no success mail yet

Please for the last recruitment was it workforce that got back after the AC for success mail or Oando and wat was the timeline cux today makes it 1 week since people got rejection mail it was workforce that sent rejection mail to those that didn’t ace the AC but m hopeful for a success mail
