The friend who told me about using chicken poop for fish feed only attended the seminar where this topic was discussed, he never practiced it afterwards and he forgot the formula to it.


But he could remember that the chicken poop you need is the day old to 4 weeks chicks that were raised on maize bran or rice bran bedding,

After taking the chicks off the brooder, you collect the beddings, ferment it. After the process of fermentation, you add some ingredients and cook till it turns black and sticky.

It can then be used to feed fish, pigs, turkey etc.


Why I brought the topic here, I thought I could connect with someone whom somehow had attended the training and is practicing it

Yes ,I remember andrew egbado ,(soft) training at ado-odo near owode in those days. I once attended.

.I attended the training then about 3 times. It was actually called black gold but is best used in earthen pond.

The best substitute for fish feed... Buy BSF larvae and save cost. We're at Alapoti Ogun state

I finally traced the guy that founded the "blackgold" animal feed, his name is Andrew Egbado aka Mr Soft. I located him on his facebook but he has not posted on Facebook since 2017 and I tried contacting him but no reply.

I believe someday I will come across one of his students who will be willing to share the process of making that blackgold with me even for a fee I don't mind.
