The Mods and everyone in the house, pls I will like to narrate my ordeal with Ozioma Samuel Ogbekene with Psalmz as the moniker. With phone number 0803 894 0607.
I sent money, eight hundred and seventy thousand naira(870k) to this guy in utmost good faith to buy some phones he posted(Samsung and Apple) which he claimed will arrive Nigeria on or before last week of March.
To cut the long story short, up till the moment I am typing this message, it has been from one dribbling and story to another. So pls house I implore anyone who is planning or thinking of doing business with him not to do so because he will come to you in sheep clothing, but he is a big scam.
Attached are some of our conversation as an evidence.

You can still contact those banks and ask them the proper procedures for making complaints. Do this as soon as possible.

But why you go just send someone 800k plus without making enquiries as to his reputation?

That's the greatest mistake I made. I actually fell for his sweet mouth and pretence to be a good guy.

He said I have dented his reputation that people has been calling to ask him what happened and that some of you guys here told him not to respond to me again.
I was like, who does that?
We agreed on a deal which you promised will land in Nigeria on or latest the end of March. After much calls and chats , you eventually told me the phones has landed in Nigeria (that was around April) but up till now you have been giving one excuse or the other, then I made up my mind to request for my money. Still you keep dribbling me left and right.
When I eventually called you out on Nairaland here, now you're getting angry.

See, 2 things go happen. 1- He won't give you shishi or deliver the goods you paid for. 2- He will deliver stuff you didn't agree to and tell you to manage it like that. From what I am seeing, na the number 1 he go do.
You seriously can't talk with this guy. He's a hardcore sca.mmer. Saddest fact is that he even get defenders.
Tell your bank you got scammed and put a lien on his bank accounts and track him down with police and make sure he repays everything owed, plus extra for the stress.

Upon you still holding my 870k. But my major concern is; if guys here on Nairaland can be advising him not to answer me again as he claimed, that means nobody is safe doing business here which will inturn affects people that are truthful here. I can't understand why they will be advising him not to respond to someone he collected a huge sum of 870k on the agreement to supply goods on or before 39th of March but since that end of March till today May 15th.it has always been different stories upon stories. This is to confirm the point a guy he collected money from last year, who said he has people(mods) that helps him to delete messages or blocking out messages about him. If those people are not same as he is, they should come out boldy here to point out their reasons for telling him not to respond again. Unless he's still using that as part of his normal twist of lies

Option 1: Go the legit way to recover your money by petitioning him via a lawyer to the Police.. Make sure you petition him to the police where he will spend nothing less than 12 hours to travel to... If he is based in Lagos, petition him to the Police in Abuja or Kano... If in Abuja, petition him to the Inspector General of Police on grounds of fraud, threat to life, criminal breach of trust, and suspicion of sponsoring and engaging in terrorism... Show this my comment to your lawyer and he will know how to couch the petition to carry enough weight to sink d baskad for life...I won't say more than this, but your lawyer, if he knows his onions, will know where I am going with this

Then if you can, copy the said petition to the office of Ohaneze NDI igbo in Lagos, to inform them of what their brother has been up to... So that they have a chance to call him to order before you spends the rest if his life trying to beat allegations of terrorism and belonging to a proscribed group...

If he fails to honor the IGP's invitation, they are fully capable of picking up on top of his wife in the dead of the night and transport him at least 1000km away from his house overnight.


Just be ready to spend money... But believe me when I tell you that he will be the last person he will scam in four lifetimes if you follow up with my advice...and he will repay you all you have spent giving him the home training his parents failed to give him.

People like him need to have hefty allegations put on his head to keep him busy for life, as he is too criminal to respect himself..

Bro, he has refused to respond to me since past 3 days now, saying I came to Nairaland to spoil his name and that many people will not want to do business with him and also some guys here on Nairaland told him not to answer me again.
I don't know people can be that senseless to tell him not to respond to someone he collected 870k from without delivering the phones he paid for and he will be comfortable by also not responding to my messages again

Don't buy what you haven't seen & inspected next time,we are not ripe for that yet...and people are encouraging him not to answer you..so this platform is compromised for online retail

You will need to spend money. Get his details and address and track him with military personnel. You may need to go Lagos. When you get him, trust me he will repay all your expenses when they handle him.

If you let it slide, he will be empowered and bold to continue his scam, they plenty for here and they will be blaming government

An average Nigerian is a very corrupt and dubious person,have this mentality and you will avoid a lot of trouble.

I fact I'm short of words. He even have many accomplice on Nairaland here. I discovered they helped him to delete some messages someone posted here on two occasions, can you imagine?.
He at one point in middle April told me the phones has arrived, but since then he has been playing his usual game, saying I come to post on Nairaland and people has been calling him that I'm tarnishing his image. Imagine such nonsense from someone like him. If you have proved your integrity by delivering my items as at march that we agreed upon, what will make me come here and report him?
Another person wrote in anger, telling me that if I could have 800k+ to pay him, is it the little money I will spend to report him to police or bla bla bla that I will not have? He should come out clean and say what's on his mind rather than taking that route. He's petty about his ascertion as far as I'm concerned, but anyways, it's his opinion and he's entitled to it. I guess he's one of his allies.
