But it MUST be emphasized that All the lands these people claim to buy are actually on lease (rented land) and at the end of the lease period, the lands will be returned to the families that ORIGINALLY own the lands if they do NOT renew the lease. Therefore, any mansion or whatever building is still standing on the lands will he demolished and the Yoruba families that own the rented or leased lands can do whatever they want to do with it. |
