DeathParade:since you are new, i don't know how to explain to you. the entire nation army been battling these insurgents for over 15years, they've killed thousands of soldiers, they've killed 100s of thousands to millions of civilians. They recruited Thier fighters outside and you are comparing it with Indian, if 1% of that happens in India, all the Indian army will participate in the operation |

3kay945:It is not effective? After terrorists, bandits and their commanders have been killed, it's not effective? OK, stop talking, GO AND SHOW THEM HOW TO BE EFFECTIVE! It seems you think that war is a Hollywood movie. How many troops did the US lose in Afghanistan and Iraq? That's the most powerful armed forces in the world! War is not a tea party. I will celebrate the officers and men that have made it possible for us to have this exchange without Boko Haram and bandits chasing us where we are sitting. |

Kemetian:They don't manufacture jets independently. It's in Pakistan manufactures in colab with China, India with Russia. Most of India advance fighters are from France. And both countries invest heavily on military since they expect one day they will go all out on the battlefield. USA will not do collaboration with Nigeria, neither will France or UK. And they will not want us to invite Russia or China. |

naptu2:"Show them" how?! Am I the commander in chief of the so called forces? So Afghanistan and Iraq invade US and built camps there? Chase their farmers aways, kidnapped and demand ransoms? Don't be a Joker, bro. |

naptu2:The reason why the fight is still been fought in the forest and creeks is because the military are doing a good job. I remembered Yobe and Borno were no go area, even Fed govt refuse to send corp members to those states. I remembered 1st Oct 2010, independence day bombing where terrorists bombed the road that the president was to take, and he was only about 1hr 30mins close to the vicinity. It was that bad and people say the military is not fighting insurgency. Mtchew |

3kay945:You are the joker with all mouth and no action. Obviously you have no idea of what you are talking about and no idea of the sacrifices that the officers and men are making and you have no idea of what they have achieved. All you know how to do is talk tough online about what you cannot do. Therefore engaging you is a total waste of time. Goodbye, I won't read your posts anymore. |

We have air force and kidnappers, terrorists and bandits are sleeping and resting in our forests, creating alternative societies there. Air force is a weak link in Nigeria. |

Bittersweetnig: Rossikk:Thanks for the answers friends. Can you please tell me where I can read about Nigerian insurgency online to learn about it? I have just opened wikipedia, but I dont know if it is considered a reliable source for this conflict. Wiki has known to have biases... thanks in advance. agentarcher:India does design and make its own fighter jets, starting right from raw material stage. Only in jet engine technology we are behind. But that doesn't mean we don't design and develop fighter jets independently. |
