I initiated a case against NDDC. After so many hurdles that I crossed before I entered the court, they came to the court and doctored one of the documents they presented, with the argument that I did not file on time; the judgement was given to them. Nigerian law system deserves to be looked into. |

If a Federal High Court of Nigeria can rely on FALSIFY document to deprive a citizen right of hearing, then I can boldly say that Nigerian Legal system system are part of the violators of fundamental human rights. |

Federal High Court Port Harcourt, court 1 took a doctored document from NDDC and made a decision on inhumane argument that I did not file a case within three months. The same NDDC that did not respond to series of letters that I sent to them The same NDDC that refused to respond to letters sent to them by lawyers from Lagos The Nigerian Courts put the blame of their wickedness on me for not acting within three months. Nigerian Legal system is confused |
