Actually it was the Enugu state house Ojukwu fled dressed as a Woman after FG captured Enugu

Your argument and comparison of Nnamdi Kanu with Gowon a globally recognized head of state is watery and you know it. It holds no integrity.


Gowon was a constitutional leader, the head of state and commander in chief of Nigeria's armed forces, do you know what that means? It means Gowon is constitutionally and globally recognized as the commander of all Nigerian military formations and whatever order he gives them they must follow without argument. You cannot say that for a private individual with no constitutional right or backing like Nnamdi Kanu, whatever he say carries no weight, and whoever that follows his words or watery orders he gave via his online broadcasts does so at their discretion and detriment, highest you can charge him for is public incitement violation, and I doubt if Nigeria had a serious law against public incitement violation as at the time Kanu was dishing out his online video broadcasts.



If you had followed Osama Bin Laden's case with the US, US government took years to gather solid intelligence and evidence of his physical involvement in terrorists attacks. He carries guns and even involves in human executions with rifle and sword, that is a clear evidence of crime for private individuals.


That is why Nigerian government have been finding it difficult to convict Nnamdi Kanu based on international law enforcement standard and legal proceedings. If it was based solely on your Nigerian-bigot and bias interpretation of law, Nnamdi Kanu would have been executed since but based on international legal process and law interpretation, the evidence against Nnamdi Kanu is watery, it holds no much ground to use to convict him as a terrorist involved in obvious terrorism activities, that is what has been delaying his conviction and reason Nigerian government keep adjoining the case perpetually.
