Low blood sugar is real. Just make sure you do blood glucose test occasionally and adjust your sugar intake accordingly.

I think it's the internal bleeding that killed her. Low blood sugar is when you don't eat for a long time and your head goes fuzzy and the world start spinning. If you just take one sugary drink and sit down it goes away. Then once you eat, you're fine again.
