Point of correction, you cant spend the USD or CAD here in Nigeria. You can only easily exchange them for naira.
When you ended up calling nigeria a zoo, i quickly understand your region and why you started your comment with insult.

Naira is not a currency that can be easily convertible.

Just imagine a Canadian bringing dollars to the streets of Ibadan to purchase items. Noone will collect it coz its not a legal tender.

If any1 collects it, its because dollar is an international currency than can be converted to local currency

Or he comes to Nigeria with that dollar and walks to BDCs or Banks to convert it to Naira before spending here
