His type are few in this country and I am one of them

Better like my comment. God bless you 😀

TONYE001:
He should show that he's serious by resigning.

Otherwise, he should be sacked.

The affected parents should sue him, all ICT heads, and the organization, JAMB. They have suffered significant emotional and psychological trauma, and JAMB and its entire team are liable.

What if the student that committed suicide the other day is also affected by this rubbish?
So that your relations will take over and make JAMB like WAEC where a student with grade A can't simplify basic arithmetic ba?
Many Nigerians like fake person's. I have seen this for long. No wonder the slavery that lingers.

I see, you labourer exam malpractice

Don't mind him! Yeye old man. He supposed to resign or be sacked. This is why Nigeria is not moving forward.

If it is in a sane country, this man would have resigned by now. How will the tears bring back the candidate that committed sucide.

Woah.

Wonder why many of us think the hard way/hard outcomes/when things are difficult/when there's mass failure/etc....we think these are indices of a great system. My lecturer once looked at our result sheets and said, "this is how exams are supposed to be." In that test, more than half of us scored below 50%.

I no even understand why you dey think am like this. But, I'm guessing that if he's fired, his deputy may take over...not sure of their laws and all. And the deputy no be my relative...and I no know if any of my relatives dey high command for JAMB...and, if any of them dey there and is qualified to take over, why not?

At least we have seen one man who is bold enough to take full responsibility. I wish our politicians and public officeholders would learn from this.
Waiting for the day INEC will admit failure and irregularities instead of telling us to go to court
I don't support the idea of calling for the sack or resignation of the Registrar; rather, those who are responsible for this act (ICT unit) should be disciplined to serve as a deterrent to others

Mr. Registrar, it's not about shedding tears, it's about putting a stop to this punishment on candidates.

Making candidates write same exam twice at different dates isn't fun at all. My niece experienced this last year. Surprised to now hear that it has happened again. JAMB why?

Resign

I concur
I think resignation should not be a bad idea because this isn't the first time. Same thing played out last year.

Owaincouncil:
As much as I dont like the man because of his religious bigotry, this act is a sign of humility, acceptance of responsibility and readiness to correct mistakes unlike our leaders of today that sees themselves above all.
If he decided not to do what he did, heaven will not fall.
True heaven won't fall , but the damages would continue to destroy this country,..

These are people taking decisions in Nigeria where emotion is king.

In saner climes, they resign instead of crying and sitting tight causing more pains.

The earlier we know that leadership goes hand in hand with our welfare, the better for us.

Leadership shouldn't be by force.

He's finally exposed. He has been doing it for yrs tho. If it has never happened to you before, you would never agree.

It's all dirty games to reduce the number of students that apply yearly to Universities or have them re-register. It's common sense really. Reducing their marks, he sends them to colleges of education and polytechnics or they resit the exam in another yr.
Just give thanks to God if you never fell victim rather than bad mouthing or thinking you're more serious.
Another strategy he uses is to delay students cause of clearance and other stuff at the exam centre entrance, thereby reducing the time duration.
Tell me, how do u expect even the BEST students to solve almost 200 questions within 30-45 mins? Yes it's that bad sad

If you know Nigeria well and you pity our state, you won't pray for that man to be sacked. Rather, you would wish he makes it to even a more prominent position in this country

I love to see children excel in their career. I have been teaching and I sleep fine when my candidates do very fine, only just by the way of merit, not malpractice.

Thanks for your time
