An intelligent student will have a clear view of what he or she is expecting in any examination , the board knows the student who fails will comeback next year to add to the population that’s not written the exams before it’s more money for jamb and more headaches for the parents which the board is less bothered about ..9ja we hail thee

That's so sad...
I still find it a bit difficult to believe that an engineer/developer will "forget" something as critical as installing the update when the success of the exam depended on it.
Do engineers/developers not have a checklist?
Do engineers/developers not do a test run?
I hope they'll tell us how much money they're gonna spend conducting the retest?
Who's gonna foot the bill?
