Without a shunt you can only measure voltage but not amperage. So if u're using for just voltage display then it's fine but if u need to measure capacity then you need a shunt.

Note that based on the amount of current u'll be passing through the meter, you should endeavor to get an adequately spec'ed one for the purpose. Cheers

Greetings to the OGs in the house.

I'm in the process of cell testing, 32700 3.2V LiFePO4 cells to be precise.

There are two cells in need of expert opinion:

**Cell 1**: Self-discharge from 3.23V to 3.19V within 24 hours but performs well under load test using a 12V DC cooling fan.

**Cell 2**: No self-discharge over the past 24 hours but does not perform well under load test; it reads 3.23V with no load but when the 12V DC cooling fan is connected, it jumps to 3.16V (a 0.07V drop) and bounces back to 3.23V once the load is disconnected. Other cells have a voltage drop of 0.01V or 0.02V when the same load is connected.

I want to know if either of these cells are worth considering.

Please how much do they sell this fan, and where in Lagos can I get it?

Two microcontrollers ( Esp01 and Atmega32 ) are used. The atmega32, though having a much less capable processing power does most of the job.. does all the job to honest, while the Esp01 collects data from the atmega, do some clean up and processing, then serve a browser/app/client etc.

Upon connecting an external battery, external battery mode can be activated manually, or automatically when internal battery gets low or fully charged or external battery sudden disconnect.. it's being tracked closely, you wouldn't even notice the switch.

Aside the external battery support, similar board architecture as discussed previously for the the small power station.

Software:
Atmega32 - Cpp
Esp01 - Cpp/html/css/JavaScript(AJAX)

Thanks. The circuitry is very similar to previously described small power station. What's new is the external battery support and comm via wifi. Two groups of mosfet switch between external and internal bus, and both never selected at the same or any time. A lot of care went into code and circuitry to make sure both never activates same time.. and if at all they do, physical safe kill activates. Interesting stuff I must say...
