I finally finished Twinkling Watermelon and chile.

While it had its good parts, it wasn't for me overall.

It felt like a drag watching it and the ending was a bit unsatisfactory.

So they did change the past and that affected the present obviously, but somehow it only had positive effects?

Even after everything we learnt from them trying to change the past after traveling back in time?

Wo. I rate it a 4/10 and that's me being generous.

I think the writers of heavenly ever after like confusing people. All these while, we've been getting riddles upandan and then finally in episode 9 we get an answer. At least now we know who and why youngae exists but then we get to episode 10 and it's more confusing riddles. I have a funny feeling they want to go the same route as the light in your eyes. In that drama, it turned out she was suffering from Alzheimer's and everything was her memories mixed up but how about this one, lmao is it another Alzheimer's or another dream? I'll actually be pissed if everything turns out to be an imagination. I wonder how the drama will end next week. It's going to be heartwarming and stuff but I'm still going to be very pissed if she lost her memory and is imagining things

LMAO please leave my happy ending drama alone 🤣 I enjoyed the drama sha, maybe cos I watched it as it aired but even if I binge watched it, I think I would have probably still enjoyed it. My only issue with it was the chemistry between the main leads was lacking for me. They were cute but the chemistry wasn't chemistry-ing as it could have.

Aigoo so I thought uri second shot at love couple had a passionate secret romance and something came up that caused male lead to develop noble idiocy syndrome and cut her off from his life but 🤣 they never even dated and the reason he cut her off was because he confessed when they were drunk and she didn't remember after she got sober aigoo. I'm honestly hoping there's more to him cutting her off sha. Las Las 2 of them are silly. He cut her off cos he heard her say she only thinks of him as a friend. Understandable but silly. She liked him but didn't realize her feelings until he cut her off. Understandable but silly. Anyway I love the fact that she finally admitted she needed help with her alcohol problem, I thought the drama was going to insist she was just a moderate drinker and love would turn her into someone who drinks even less, at least the writer isn't that silly. Love the friend and his cute crush on her older sister. I can't wait for him to finally get the courage to ask her out

Tastefully yours continues to be an ok romcom, just like spring of youth they're not wasting time at all. Episode 4 and we have our first kiss. Episode 5 is basically him falling hopelessly in love and I'm here for it. There's nothing much to the drama so I'm glad it's not a by force 16 episode drama. We're also getting uri yoo yeon suk's cameo next week!*swoons* my mans is so fine please. Is he her ex? Now I want go min si and yoo yeon suk in their own drama! I need a casting director to make this happen ASAP. Their mom is such a psycho weirdo tho, why is she putting that much enemity between the brothers and it's annoying how she pretends to be a saint to outsiders. At least be a witch through and through. That place they went to get the Jang or whatever looks like the same place that was used in love next door. I'm 85% sure it's the same location

The list of fnc cameos in spring of youth keeps increasing. Yuju showed up this week, gyuri's mom sang cnblue's song lol. The drama continues to be just there. It's fast paced and I think it's a good and bad thing. It's good cos there's no point dragging things out especially when the story isn't anything special but it's bad cos it's too fast paced that it basically turns ridiculous sometimes. Also what's with drama villains of nowadays being unnecessary and unrealistically evil. We had a grandma detesting her grandson in my dearest nemesis, the mother in tastefully yours wants her 2 sons to be enemies for nothing sake and here this one is drugging his own child and the CEO is just plain crazy 🤣 abeg I miss normal villains that I can understand. Rolled my eyes so hard at episode 5 preview cos what do you mean 2nd male lead is still trying to get the female lead even after knowing she's dating the boy and hearing her say she has not been happy since her mom died until she met him. Anyway I guess the male lead is probably going to break up with her or run away out of yeye guilt and the 2nd lead might think he now has a chance. It's still annoying to watch tho🤣 coz I really hate seeing people who do not know how to move on. Seriously praying CEO's daughter doesn't turn villainous by stealing the girl's song she can at least ask to buy it . S for sigh

‎Heavenly ever after has ended and I know I complained a lot while watching it but it is actually a good drama, you just have to be patient with it. I like that there was a lot of influence from the light in your eyes e.g there her dad had an accident that hurt his legs, here her husband was the one that hurt his legs. The light in your eyes is the superior drama tho and I think it's because the "confusion" in heavenly ever after was too much. the writer did a good job in confusing the hell out of us and also did a good job unraveling the confusions that when each mystery is resolved, it's done in a heartwarming/bittersweet way. I still maintain that they were basically coming up with stuff randomly tho cos seriously since episode 1 we've been hearing heaven heaven heaven, suddenly we get to episode 12 and the drama is like oops it's actually not heaven but a transit place. me = 🙄. From episode 1 I knew han ji min was haesook cos in all the early flashbacks as a couple they never showed her face but when 2 of them got to heaven at the same time I got confused cos it didn't make sense that her older self and younger self could be there. I was very close tho, I guessed she lost her memory and the younger self was the one with her memories which is why they were 2, turns out it was her dark emotions that were strong enough to assume a humanly body. Omo their love is the real definition of for better for worse sha, she lost their child and he still stayed with her and loved her, he was crippled for almost 50 years and she still stayed with him and loved him. He was right, their love for each other was almost parental unconditional love. I love the fact that when nak Joon found out they had been married 23 times and she suffered in all 23 lifetimes, he didn't do love will conquer everything, he gave her a chance to live a different life and I'm glad she took it cos tbh I think the reason she could love him all through his bedridden life was because she erased eunho from her memory and she needed to devote herself to her husband as a distraction and a means to survive. lol not the director of heaven going on vacation and the director of hell coming to heaven to substitute for him🤣 it was also pretty hilarious that a tough dog like jajang reincarnated into a cute bi!tch called beauty🤣. This drama is pretty ironic tho cos the main characters are Christian, they're talking about heaven and hell, there's a whole a** pastor and church but people are reincarnating🤣 do Christians believe in reincarnation 🤣 they should have just made it a Buddhist drama or something. anyway if you believe in reincarnation,I bet the drama will mess you up in such a way that you'll assume everyone you come across in life is related to you in some past life tsk tsk. I was proud of myself tho, I told myself not to cry and I actually didn't... Until the last scene. the ending narration was so heartwarming, the couple they showed at the end plus the soundtrack 🤣 I was just like 😭😭 anyway moral of this drama is beat your children cos if to say Dem dey beat that yeye eunho boy, e for no lost. love the cast and the cameos, the babies and dogs were so cute, I don't even like cats but I actually wished Sonya was a real cat/human being. the drama isn't perfect but I still think the writer did a good job

‎Our unwritten Seoul has started and I love it! I might be wrong but I think the last good slice of life drama I watched was my liberation notes which was like 100 years ago. immediately I read that park bo young was going to be playing twins, I was sold. I mean she basically played 2 characters successfully in oh my ghostess and I knew she was going to be great here and she is. I'm just seriously praying there's not going to be any annoying love triangle here. I was so happy when I watched the trailer cos it seemed like miji and hosu liked each other and mirae and the farmer would be a couple so that means everyone gets a love line but tbh now I'm confused. Miji clearly likes hosu and in episode 1 I thought hosu clearly liked her back but his reaction in episode 2 after meeting "mirae" was a bit weird. I really hope he was just being uncomfortable because he knew about her legal issues and not because he's having romantic feelings for her. The worst thing that can happen is the writer making miji like hosu while hosu likes mirae! I swear I will die of frustration. I will rather watch people who obviously like each other not confess for 100 episodes than watch a love triangle of 1 episode especially where siblings are involved eww lol. I love how uri farmer would literally call "miji" anything but her name 🤣 minji, mijoo, minyeong lmao I was waiting for him to even call her Mohammed 🤣 anyway now that she has scolded him , I'm sure he will adjust
