2023 Labour Party Presidential Campaign Spokesperson, Kenneth Okonkwo, has called out recent defections to the All Progressives Congress (APC), labelling the defectors as “professional criminals” and likening their political behaviour to the changing taste of palm wine.

Okonkwo did not mince words when describing a recent defection rally held in Delta State. “You have seen the drama on the official defection to APC,” he said. “On that podium, you saw men convicted by the Supreme Court for bribery and corruption in dollars in the name of integrity.”

He accused some of the high-profile politicians on the podium of facing corruption charges, evading accountability, and having their “surname now classified as dollar.” He went on to describe the APC gathering as “a subset of professional criminals made up of suspects, accused, and convicts.”

The coalition should be unveiled after 2027 elections for it to be effective.

If you say you would be an alternative to Tinubu government, I look forward to seeing practical steps they intend to take to do things differently. Tinubu should've made effort to restructure this country if he genuinely wanted to fix it.

Which south, Edo, Cross River, Delta governors are already with Apc, Fubara will align to save himself so only Bayelsa left. If all the 4 south south Governor behave like Wike in 2023( which is part of the deal for them to keep thier head without issues from federal) then pdp has nothing again in south south. Funding also has dried up as no private business person will want to swim against the tide by funding PDP. No Delta and River state money to spend like before, election is over before 2pm in the afternoon.
The heat on Fubara is to make sure he doesn't make 2027 difficult for them and the strategy worked.

If Atiku wins, and do one term, will North allow a Southerner to do 2 consecutive terms before power returns to North?
Atiku that we all know won't do one term. He'll contest for a consolidation second term

This will not work. We've seen that formular before.

North central, South south, South West and North West will not vote for Atiku. Politicians are looking for 2031 to either become the President from the North or Vice President from the South.

Also Atiku must first win the primaries......Tinubu will make sure he fails in this regards and the electoral act will limit his options


If Igbos go for Atiku and loose APC will make sure they are sidelined in the next administration and South South will likely produce the vice president in 2031
