Do u know why he was impeached..? The house accused him of going direct to the market to make purchases for these that have protocol to purchase..

He argues that he has limited resources, and if he does like they want... He will b bankrupt as contract ways of buying things add triple the price of the item... So he sends someone to the open market to make purchases for government needed stuffs...
