I don't think a Five Thousand capacity stadium can host Champion League 😎
Besides Nigeria is not a European country.

Is this a secondary school football club?

I thought that since Akpabio set a precedent of excellence in sporting and recreational facilities, any other one after that should take the Uyo stadium as the least standard.

I know that this stadium may be older than Uyo Stadium, but any renovation should at least put it on par with what has been set.

Trust me, this is equivalent to some secondary school stadia. Not to talk of some university stadia.
non in south east come closer, non in south east come closer to Remo star stadium, the first stadium with electronic advert banner

Oga, I dey Ogun State. Most of the jobs done are federal, not Dapo. Here in Ota, we haven't seen Dapo. The Agbara road he said he would commission last year September has lingered for years. He has succeeded in doing one lane for almost 8 years. I'm not saying he's not doing anything, but don't hype him because you saw an aerial view of a stadium.

Fashola to Nigerians: 'If You Want to Have Stable Electricity Supply, Vote PDP Out in 2015'

Jul 11, 2014.

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, while marking his 2,600 days in office at an elaborate ceremony held at the Blue Roof of the Lagos Television premises, has said voting out the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from power in next year’s general election is the only way the country can have stable electricity.

According to The Nation, Fashola said electricity crisis in the country is caused by lack of ideas and insincerity of purpose on the part of Federal Government.

"Yes I agree with you that it is possible to generate electricity and to make sure that everybody in this country has electricity, we have to do the right thing. But you know what, the only way that you and I will have electricity in this country will be to vote out the PDP.

The renovation was done in a haste to cater for the needs of the National Sports Festival. You think the government would have done anything if not for that.

Stadium they'd abandoned for more than 15 years

Dapo Abiodun is the worst governor since 1999.

The Agro-Cargo airport that was started by Gbenga Daniel? Is that what you are reffering to?

Which estates did he build? The ones they just build two to 10 flats and commisioned them?

I don't think you live in Ogun state, because if you do, this statement will not come from you.

Nonsense!!!

Yes it can. And also it's a 33,000 capacity stadium. And I think Remo Stars has applied to use it for CAF champions league.

Too much Dapo vibes!

I just don't know why Adiyan side is neglected!

It will take about 100 years to reach that side in Ifo LG!
Adiyan, Agbado, Robiyan, Oke-Aro, Giwa, Olambe, Matogbun, Ope Ilu, Abule, ...

The list is endless. Meanwhile, in Ogun State, Ifo Local Government has the second highest number of voters after Ado-Odo Ota. Particularly Ifo Constituency 2.

nice work but what happened to electricity in ogun state generally?
i visited places like Mowe, ibafo, simawa, wawa, aiyetoro, magboro and then i wonder if these areas are part of ogun state, i see no road structure in sight, when it rains i just pity the residents how they swim in mud.

you cannot run a smooth business like laundry, welding, cold room in these areas theres barely power supply to sustain the business as they cannot continue to buy fuel to run their daily activities.
Yes Ogun state has a lot of industries i give them credit for that but for provision of social amenities, environmantal care i give them Zero for this

You're on point o!

Coming from Agege to Ishaga to Toyin to Giwa and Oke aro, you'll see the changes in road construction especially from Giwa to Oke aro the Ogun state region.

Let them give Lagos those places and more if they can't develop them!

This rainy season ehn some of those places will be terrible! I can picture the terrible slippery road condition at that Okada pack at Oke aro - Matogun Road.
