The current economic situation in the country has increased the pressure on everyone, men especially. And when there is pressure, it takes a toll on the body. Any underlying health issues (although one may be looking very okay on the surface) is quickly escalated and before you know it man has shut down. We should all check our healths please. Your car don't need to break down before you visit the mechanic for servicing to keep things running smoothly. Same goes for our health which is of far greater value.

Even if you wan do exercise, don't involve in rigorous activities, you can't achieve your aim suddenly, it's a gradual process, little bit - little bit everyday, you will get there.

In as much as to chop life is good. Lets reduce alcohol to the least consumption or stop. I know what I am saying. Alcohol also generates unhealthy cholesterol that blocks blood flow when consumed regularly and heavily.

End time playing of tennis

Last year or so, an American football player had cardiac arrest during the match after he collided with any player.
It was reported that he slumped and was restucted back. The medical personnel that worked on him reported that after the collision. His heart missed a beat and started beating in an irregular manner which lead to the attack.

My point is that you might be healthy and living a healthy life but be aware of your body limits.

There are other mild non-contact sports out there to partake in.

Someone that is 61 years old is still playing active Tennis ....

At some certain age you leave some certain activities especially if you are in a third world country like Nigeria..
