Hello, Please does anyone know how I can get my Statement of Graduation from my university (Imsu). I need them to send it over to ICAS for my credential evaluation. That's the only thing remaining. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! |

Hello, Please, for a new comer that has no one to receive him or her, or anywhere to stay, how can one find a small accommodation for rent to be used for a mother and child, specifically in Regina Saskatchewan ? |

Hey guys, My work experience work cannot provide tax documents and payslips, worked there in (2019-2020) during Covid period. We know as Nigeria be And now everywhere I’m seeing is ircc is asking for tax documents and payslips for foreign experience. Has anyone who has recently applied for PR gotten ADR or PFL for not including these in pr application? I’m beyond stressed. Looks like I might have to go back to Nigeria in January to work for one year again😭 This life ehn |

Hello my sister got passport request , she is in the UK, but her husband and 2 of her kiids are in Nigeria. Can they send to different Vfs office or do they have to send it together. |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by kevoh(m): 8:53am On May 24, 2025 |
Thrombos:It looks complicated to me when dependents' passport are sent to Visa office, Accra (when sent from VFS lagos or Abuja) while main apllicant's passport is sent to the Visa Office in London. Although expensive, it's better to send to the same VFS office (in london) as one family. In this journey, it's best to avoid complicating things if it's within your power. My humble opinion is to get all passports in one place, then submit it together to whichever VFS office. London is faster (within a week) while VFS Lagos/Abuja will send to Accra. (4 to 6 weeks) |

Thrombos:It doesn’t matter where passport is sent to I believe. As long as the transmission fee is paid to that VFS and the PPR letter is added to both packages.e.g u did biometrics in Lagos, you have to pay passport transmission fee in UK VFS for them to stamp your visa. If it will help you sleep well at night, you can attach a brief LOE explaining you’re(Principal applicant) currently in UK hence you’re submitting for only your dependents to Lagos VFS. You can also call IRCC for accurate information about this to dispel all doubts. |

Hi People, I have a little issue and I need your guidance or advice. I submitted my passport at irish embassy yesterday for irish visa. The visa processing time will take about 6 - 8 weeks. Just today IRCC sent me biometrics request letter. Does anyone know how I can retrieve my passport from Irish embassy or is it possible to go to VFS with my biometrics request letter and scanned copy of my passport datapae, would that be accepted? Kindly advice please |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Judasiscarriot: 10:47am On May 28, 2025 |
bigmills:IRCC gives a time frame of 30 days to go for biometrics. Biometrics is never immediate. That time should be enough to conclude with the Irish embassy |

malakiMal:Bank statements can replace payslips if your organization can't provide one for you. Alternatively the organization can write you a salary certificate |

Hello everyone, please I need your input with my concern stated below: I evaluated my master's degree about three years ago and now am done with my PhD, should I also evaluate my PhD? If yes, will it also count with the date I did my first evaluation and expire same time after 5years? Also, my first degree is in accounting, had to switch to education through PGDE program, had TRCN certificate and a teaching licence, master's and PhD in Education. Should I also evaluate all my certificates? Previously I was told is only the highest qualification. Lastly, which NOC is best for someone who has being teaching accounting and marketing in government senior secondary schools for over 13years, and same time take up a lecturing job for undergraduate students going to 4yrs? Am 40yrs of age and was told the best route is PNP so as to enable me to acquire 600 points to boost up my points at the federal level, please how do I go about the PNP and which province should be the focus? Thanks, as I await your response. |

Don't worry, take a copy of your passport and the evidence of submission to Irish embassy for your biometrics, explain to them, they will allow you do your biometrics. I had mine with UKVIS and just explained to them and I did my Canada Biometrics. Life no hard reach like that. bigmills: |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by Farawayman: 5:08pm On May 29, 2025 |
Just evaluate your PHD, that's all you need now to score the max point for your education, whatever happens to your masters validity is no longer relevant, events have now overtaken it since you have a higher degree now. For your NOC, I will advise you just stick to the secondary school NOC (Secondary school teachers - 41220) This qualifies for the education draw which is your best bet right now, If possible remove the lecturing permanently from your history or put it as just volunteer work you did part time or part of some educational project. IRCC doesn't care about how savvy your CV is, they want secondary school teachers and don't need university lecturers, *it is not a job thing, it is immigration* so put your best foot forward. Your age puts you at disadvantage plus general draws have not been conducted in a long while, just category based draws, CEC and PNP. All the best. Princess080: |

Wisdommyth:Just practice as much as you can; it’s actually same as paper based just that you’d be using the computer. Before you begin each section, instructions and directions would be provided. My first attempt with computer-based I got overall band 8. |
