It maybe true, since they can collaborate with the Kenyan government to arrest him and bring him to Nigeria. Just like the Finish Govt. arrested Simon Ekpa. The different will be the way we Africans treat extradition matters. We don't care about international laws

Mr BBB should come and explain further. Is the DSS working with kidnappers. How come they received the proceeds (Nnamdi Kanu) without arresting the kidnappers. In Nigeria if you buy a stolen phone you are as good as the thief if police track you. So DSS has more explanation to do

Such things are not brought to the courts of law neither do the nations wholly accept responsibilities.

Kanu was brought before a court on the grounds of being arrested...!

That's not the same as being kidnapped and brought to court... You don't openly commit a crime to bring criminals to book.

That renders the case illegal and even inadmissible.
