What we should all understand is, most A list agencies recruit based on strong connections (not time specific) you won’t even hear recruitment/replacement going on.
For now we have seen:
NNPC done ✅
NUPRC almost ✅
NDIC shared some ✅
NELFUND ✅
EFCC are in camp (with strong connect u can join them) ✅
NIA have a set in camp
Etc.
Your best bet now is FIRS! Just Know someone with very strong connection … Zacch can consume you all 😁.
Or you push for agencies that hardly go over a year without sharing letters. Eg NPA,TCN, BOI, Foreign Affairs,Customs etc

You're comparing illegal renumeration of CBN vs the legal renumeration of NUPRC.

If you want to compare, either compare officially for each or vice versa illegally.

Last last everything depends on your department in the organisation.

Imagine being in a department for negotiation of contracts with IOCs that run into billions of dollars.
IOCs that are the Kings of taking shorts cuts in nigeria

Or imagine auditing contracts for sales of an oilfield.

No I don't have the figures but I use the eye test to judge from what I've seen.

My opinion is nothing CBN is hyped (big name that when your village people hear they will bow)

I doubt CBN pays more than NMDPRA sef.

Petroleum MDAs are well paid down to NNRA sef.

NUPRC regulates upstream..

In oil and Gas the main money is in upstream (exploration)

Aside revenue, another thing to consider is staff strength. If your staff strength is in plenty in the range of thousands the chances of big emoluments is lower.
For example people like customs and FIRs generate trillions but considering their staff strength the emoluments wouldn't be much.

Now compare that to NUPRC that is probably not more than 2 thousand (2k is much sef)

True though. CBN self dey compete with FIRS in staff strength 11k+ NUPRC no fit pass 1500.

DSS is receiving applications for Electricians, Plumbers, Mechanics and Carpenters.

The requirements are:

1. Primary Cert,
2. Secondary Cert,
3. Aged 25 - 35,
4. Indigene letter,
5. Height - 1.6m,
6. Trade Test Certificate from the Federal ministry of Labour and Productivity,
7. Written Application to be submitted to DSS State Command,
8. Deadline for submission of Application is on or before 10th June, 2025.

NOTE; Avoid Certificate forgery, in order not to block someone's chance, please.

But my connect is saying there must be a public notice whereby any of the agencies must be recruiting. He can't push for me behind the scenes. Wahala,and we have this problem mostly in the South South. Northerners won't do this.

True that strong connections help fill up these places but there has been some level of transparency in the recruitments of some of the agencies

NNPC and FIRS recruitment was probably over 50% based on merits

I've only seen one of them called, this could be wrong but only ss26 (I hope that's the correct position) were called and they've been few so far, maybe there'll be more in the coming days

Corrections have been given waiver since last year to recruit as they're short because a lot have retired, but they're treating it casually instead, doing coded replacement. Absolutely no day in sight for public recruitment this year. But recruit they must, NDLEA also have a waiver, but they're just chilling too.
