Sorry Sir, my installer forgot to snap it. I'm not around but I've told him to pick a new 6kva 48v from my store and install it for the client.
I will send the affected Felicity inverter to Just Emmanuel to help me and drop it at Felicity repair center.
I will drop the picture when I return.

I wasn't happy about the incident but I didn't have choice than to make him happy. Having misunderstanding with just one customer can block many referrals.

I won't give him the Felicity inverter again after the repair.
I pray God will fill in the gap.

1. What is the budget for a household that has Big fan (1), medium fan(2), Bulbs (6), Laptop (2), TV( 55 (inches). Note that all the bulbs will not be switch on at night.

Sincerely speaking, it's stressful for 1.5kva inverter to power 1hp AC.
The inverter might be rated 1.5kva but the real output might be lower than 1.5kva.
3kva and above are less stressful for such loads.

Dam5reey recently did a video of the 1.5kw Haisic inverter carrying an inverter AC rated 1.5hp on a battery of only 100ah till it died (over an hour)! Lets see a lead acid lover try that test with even a 200ah battery!

It seems that Haisic inverter is the real deal so you maybe able to get away with it occasionally.

Please, does anyone have any experience with inverter being exploded?

A customer called and told me yesterday that his 5kva 48v Felicity hybrid inverter exploded at about 8pm and smokes were every where.

Though I'm sending someone to his house today to check what actually happened but I tried asking him certain questions to know what actually happened. He told me there was nepa light (low current) but the house was running by the solar. The weather was normal and lightning/thunder at all.

The installation was perfectly done.
