THE TRUTH NOBODY WANTS TO TELL MR PRESIDENT Nigeria is bleeding. Nigerians are suffering — not from laziness or lack of effort, but from a system that has become brutally hostile to the very people it is supposed to protect. Under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, the average Nigerian is under siege — from poverty, from insecurity, from hunger, from hopelessness. Mr President, your government has failed the people. From the streets of Lagos to the villages in Zamfara, the reality is the same: people are not living — they are struggling to survive. This is not about opposition politics. This is about the raw, painful truth. A truth the people around you refuse to tell you. They hide behind fake figures, staged reports, and filtered statistics to create the illusion that your government is performing. But if you step outside the walls of Aso Rock and truly listen, you will hear the cry of a broken nation. Go to the streets — people cannot afford a decent meal. Go to the schools — tuition fees are now unbearable. Go to the hospitals — people are dying not because of sickness, but because they can’t afford basic tests or drugs. Go to the farms — farmers are abandoning their lands because the cost of inputs is beyond reach. Go to our homes — we sit in darkness daily, yet we are billed for electricity we never see. The Nigerian people are being pushed to the wall. Banks have become predators, not partners. They charge Nigerians relentlessly: stamp duty, transfer fees, maintenance fees, USSD charges — all for services that barely function. Their customer service is non-existent, their systems are unstable, and their goal is clear — profit from the pain of the people. There is no protection, no regulation, no relief. Telecom companies are draining Nigerians dry. Data disappears without use. Airtime vanishes into thin air. Customers are exploited daily, and instead of improving, these companies keep introducing new tricks to make people pay more for less. Network quality is poor, call drops are frequent, and yet the cost keeps rising. Still — no accountability. There is no security anymore. Boko Haram has returned, bandits operate freely, kidnappers are now tech-savvy, uploading videos of hostages online. Soldiers are dying with little or no ammunition, underpaid and overworked. Police brutality is on the rise — instead of protecting citizens, innocent lives are being lost at the hands of those who swore to defend them. EFCC ignores corrupt politicians and targets ordinary citizens. The system is upside down. Education is now a privilege. Federal universities are raising tuition fees beyond the reach of average Nigerians. Parents are selling properties, taking loans, or giving up. The so-called student loan is inaccessible — a show with no substance. What kind of future are we building when knowledge is no longer affordable? And the electricity crisis is a national embarrassment. We live in darkness. Businesses are shutting down because of outrageous generator costs. Homes are powerless. Students study under candlelight in a country that claims to be the "Giant of Africa." Yet DISCOs keep raising tariffs. What exactly are we paying for? Your administration claims that 20 million people have been lifted out of poverty — who are they? Where are they? What do they look like? Because in our communities, poverty is deepening. Businesses are dying. People are selling assets to eat. Families are being torn apart by economic hardship. You said cash transfers reached millions — not even 1% of the population in most communities received anything. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Mr President, enough is enough. The people around you are lying to you because they’re benefitting. But the people in the streets are dying in silence. It is time to hear the truth without filters. Leadership is not about photo-ops and figures — it is about impact. Real impact. Tangible progress. Visible change. If this government cannot face the truth, then the people must rise and speak it for themselves. Not with violence. But with unity. With courage. With clarity. With one voice — loud enough to shake the conscience of the nation. We do not owe the government silence. We do not owe leaders praise for failure. We owe our children a better country. And we must speak now — before it's too late. Nigeria belongs to us all. And we will no longer suffer in silence. |

malali:You know not what you ask for....Emefiele is an iboman...the Nigerian state will not hesitate minutes before throwing an iboman into fire if they can....So Emefiele still walking is because Buhari too and by extension Tinubu will need to be jailed...if we truly will be able to deal with meffy....it is exactly because there's no way to touch meffy....without also dragging Buhari and many northern governors...that's why emefiele still has his head on him..... So if you want meffy's head...be ready to have Tinubu and bohari's along with it. |

LagosOrigin:Peter obi, with the help of buhari's henchmen.....let's see how your obi will fare in 2027....... buhari's policy during the last election period-changing currency, fuel scarcity, insecurity, voter intimidation were all geared to make tinubu fail, even obi was receiving huge support from aso rock just to pave way for atiku but tinubu was way ahead of them.... Emefiele is only been used as Scape goat for allowing himself to be used. |

kafeii123:Then we dont need a country anymore. We should just allow everybody to be an armed robber and a kidnapper. No laws in the land and we all run around like savages. Emefiele should never see freedom again. with all that money he stole, having an accomplice in the your crime doesnt make you innocent of the crime. All this Buhari and Tinubu talk is tribalistic manipulation. We need to start setting examples somewhere. Next time a CBN governor is told to carry out such acts, he will resign for his own safety. |

Lithiumite:But you haven't moved on either, and you're also crying. If you had moved on and were making a living, you wouldn't be here, you'd certainly be wherever you're making that living. Did you say, 'I am being paid'? Paid to do what, exactly? |
