In cases like this, I always support the owner of the vessel.

That reminds me of the movie called Deadly voyage.
The same thing happened to them only one them survived it.
The crew members of the vessels should be charged to court.

Thousands might have died this way, that's if you consider the little chances of rescuing someone in such waters..
No one will be punished. And our people will still never learn.

If the ship is owned by one of those Arab countries…especially the north African ones, it’s doubtful authorities in their home country would be bothered to follow up on the issue to a logical conclusion! They have scant regard for sub-saharan Africans (they see us as being slightly better than monkeys), and we appear to have given them ‘justification’ for their racism and snobbery!
