They must have been lured into the country by some Asia based unscrupulous Nigerians, The Phillipines is full of vulnerable poor people just like Nigeria.

There are a lot of Asians moving here for odd reasons and I think it is because Nigeria has lax law enforcement so even if they're caught, they'll be released. In their countries, it's jail straight.

You See what EFCC has been reduced to - chasing Yahoo boys. EFCC is overwhelmed with thousands of petitions of humongous fraud and corruption, some running into billions and trillions, but EFCC is more interested in Identity theft and cat fishing.
EFCC should be renamed Internet Fraud and Crimes commission - IFCC.

Filipino women are one of the smartest, cunning and hustle-minded women you'll find across the world. From drugs to prostit*tion to cyber crime(this is their new fave and its thriving). I used to know a few who did loading jobs and receiver jobs when I was still keeping such friends in the past.

I happen to have lived and grown with a Filipina for some years in Abuja, in my daddies house, so I know how dogged and opportunistic and gentle looking (could pass for humility) they are. The one I lived with later on rose to become Rotary club of Nigeria president. How she attained that I don't know, but she did. I still don't know what relationship my dad had with her that he let her live with us, and my mum was cool with it and they both bonded as friends. Maybe mumsy was being naive and getting played somehow. I donno. 🤷

Aunty Lolitta, you're still a boss lady wherever you are today. It's been years. You made the house fun, as well. I enjoyed how she used to cook meals with my mum and we'd snap photos of them setting the dining table up. Memories...

Filipinos are not white.

Don't associate yourself with Nigerian men if you love yourself because some of our people are greedy and fraudulent and they will get you in trouble.

These men will turn you into their agents or workers in their fraudulent dealings, which will lead to prison terms if caught.

That was how two Indian-Canadians entered Nigeria to so blackmail business and targeted a big man. After they showed them pepper and seized their passports, they begged to be allowed to run away.

They won't enter Nigeria for blackmail business again. We don't tolerate it here.

They are not going to jail. See the paltry sum they are asked to pay as an option? Just 1 million. Looks like a slap on the wrist judgement to me.
