You’re focusing on the wrong issue here. Cable prices can easily be confirmed at any electrical shop if you choose to get them yourself.

First off, what’s the green 1mm for?

You don’t have green cables for earthing your sockets? - I’m referring to the 2.5mm

The total cable length required for your project will depend on the size of the building, the number of outlets, and their locations.

I’d recommend,
- you use minimum of 1.5mm for your lighting points (Esp. if you have multiple lights on the same circuit to minimize voltage drop)
- 2.5mm for general purpose sockets
- 4mm for high-load outlets like AC

Please also ensure all socket circuits are properly earthed using green or green/yellow cables — grounding is critical for safety.

Lastly, hire a qualified electrician who knows what they’re doing. There are factors that can’t be assessed properly online. Every building is different, and some appliances may require larger cable sizes based on their current demands.

Don’t compromise on grounding — it’s a vital part of a safe installation.

Another issue with my build is leaks through the ceiling whenever there's heavy wind during rain. Almost all the flats upstairs have leaks at different times in different parts of the flat(sitting room, bedroom, toilet). However, whenever rain falls without heavy wind, no leak is experienced in any of the flats.

I am thinking the roofer didn't overlap the long span sheets properly and that wind is properly opening then to allow rain drops. Last year, I covered all the nail points with Abro cement. We've had that issue as recent as yesterday again in 2 of the flats.

Aside the fact that the roofing sheets might be leaking due to puncture or inadequate lapping.
Is it concrete fascia that was constructed? (I asked this because from experience, concrete fascia too tend to allow water inside the ceiling during very heavy rainfall, and this happens in most cases due to the eave projection of the roofing sheet)

Pls I will like to know how coys buy large acres of land.
I am talking about firms like revolution plus, adron homes etc.
I am talking about people that buy 200-500 acres of land in a single spot.

My question is this
Do they go to the baale or go through state govt.

Secondly most times no single people or family hold those land, how do they navigate buying land from 5- to 10 people around the same spot.
What if someone among them doesn't want to sell. And the land is a viable land

Some of them require adhesive, like Vinyl. While SPC and laminate do not.

When this one scratches, you can’t buff it, but with real wood flooring you can.

Scratches and pitting from sand and little pebbles are the major drawbacks from this material.

Real wooden floor is very very expensive. Even more expensive than marble.

It’s waste of money, in my opinion .

Plus, it gives you that high-end look for a fraction of the cost. It’s not for everyone, but for many, it’s a smart and stylish choice.

Also, if you're trying to avoid scratches, SPC is the best option. Normal ceramic tiles also has scratches if a heavy object is dragged across it.

No concrete fascia. What we did was with facing board and a cover for wind protection at the top of the sheets which should ideally prevent wind from lifting the sheets

Okay, then it's the roofing.
Can I see the design of the roof?
Sometimes, it's always encouraged to make roof designs as simple as possible because if the artisan does not get the angles well, it results into issue like this.
(I'm just trying to consider all these options due to the fact that you said the roofing sheets have been mended severally).
