Government has to do with everything...you are asking about poultry farmers?...do you even know how much it costs to buy feeds?...I am a fish farmer...feeds are produced using electricity or diesel or petrol...these 3 things control cost of production in Nigeria...you and I know the price of petrol, diesel even electricity is no more a child play...is that not a government duty?...just to mention but few undecided undecided

Is there no inflation in the developed countries?
Miramonica:
Nothing makes a people poor like inflation. Prices of goods and services keep increasing and income remains the same.

I'm not even a fan of red meat, I deal mostly on fish and chicken.

Those who can't afford meat should try egg. Protein is not a must.

Chief, protein is a must o
It's flesh that is not a must

As long as all of us have decamped to apc and are in support of tinubu policies, no complaints at all.

If you can't afford meat, eat without meat.
Next time we are opportune to vote, let's vote someone whose only manifesto is 'its my turn"
who will you vote and why

Sebi southerners are still waiting for cows from north before eating beef while the whole country have been waiting for embalmed fish and turkey from abroad
I don't eat cold fish but smoked catfish

Mind you, even this year a kilogram of healthy smoked catfish has increased with 5k naira from the same farmer whom I normally buys from whereas he raised his fish right here in Ibadan

What do you have to say?

Sometimes learn to read and pass

Beef is tasty and an excellent source of high quality protein but there are other healthy substitutes. Consuming it once in a while will satisfy the cravings and good for the budget during this period of global inflation.

Everything has become luxury

Egg, semo, tin milk, meat, sardine, rice, eluboisu, yam

But still nigeria has accepted their fate, they have surrendered to evil tinubu, they have accepted darkness

Since 2015 nigerians have been suffering under apc, they can't even emancipate themselves till now

Oh nigeria

The price of rice has crashed to 56k per bag, due to opened borders.

Protectionist barriers against poultry importation should be lifted. This will drive down the cost of poultry. Cheaper poultry prices would lead to cheaper meat prices. A kilo of chicken may go down to 3,500 per kg.
