In reality God is sexless. He is an embodiment of both male and female. We use "He" in reference to God as a generic term.
Reality? 🤨What reality? 👀 Physical reality? Spiritual reality? 🕵️

Maybe that is your belief but it certainly not mine. Also, every nation? Are you kidding? You don't know that not all nations think Jesus is a lord?

Jesus as far as I am concern was just some preacher his followers legendised. There is no god or demons in play at all.
Wish I could agree with you but my bible never told me so. If the devil could recognize him as a real person and his demons too I see no reason why you should see him as a legend. Jesus was no Legend and even of he was, He's the only "legendized" person who cheated death

It is a fact... Jehovah's Witnesses are merely one of the over 46,000 denominations— interpretations— that are part and parcel of the religion of Christianity. undecided

What I'm saying is "of a truth" not the "realty " you're insinuating.

How do you know what the Bible says is true?

Can you provide any evidence of these demons or devil?

Ever heard of Krishna before?

So, what is the essence or meaning behind this constant war of interpretations you lot keep having on here when the fact is there are still many more interpretations to come— at some point in the future, there will be well over 100,000 different denominations making up Christianity for certain—, and none of them will ever be according to the literal messages contained in any of those books which have not changed in over 2000 years? undecided

I mean, what exactly is the goal of all of these wars— records contained in several 100s of threads in this section alone — when your particular denominational interpretation will never achieve the status of supreme interpretation in the religion, not even in a 1000 years. We are talking here about a religion founded on the freedom of a crowd of non-Israelites to spin their interpretation as they see fit. grin

😁😁😁Na you make assertion, na you no get proof! Nothing wey Adamu no go see for gate🤕

Infact, to continue in your footstep, God is agender, non-binary and gender neutral! No one should ask me for proof, the truth is in the pudding 😁!

It is just one God bros.

Just think of it like water in the form of steam, ice and regular liquid : just because the state of changes doesn't mean it is not water . Same applies here with Jesus, His Father and the Holy Spirit: three persons but one God
Can I understand it as a kind of team structure; three distinct persons, yet one unified God?

Like how a football team, such as Chelsea, has eleven players on the field. Each player has a unique role, forward, midfielder, defender, goalkeeper, but they all belong to the same team and work together as one unit. In the same way, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are distinct in person and role, yet fully united as one God.

While Jesus was on earth, He was clearly male in terms of His human identity. However, my question is this: if Jesus is God and now resides in heaven, what is His gender in that divine, glorified state? Does the concept of gender still apply to Him in the same way it does to humans on earth?

Exactly. God is INESCRIBABLE from human perspective. Like I said, it is like trying to describe a sphere or circle to someone who lives in a world of straight lines and can only think in terms of straight lines!

The concept of gender would probably be laughable in heaven. For one thing there probably is no duality - something we can't even imagine

It is. Legendised means there was a person whose qualities or deeds took on a very elaborate dimension that is an overexaggeration of those deeds or qualities.
Oh, ok, I see. In that case who legendised him and what would be the motive and are all the acts of the apostles, and epistles of St. Paul, and Roman persecution of early Christians also legendised?

Well i wasn't here for you it's the OP that i'm interested in telling the truth from the Bible that Jesus is God's Son not God. John 3:16

Thanks for your time! smiley
God's son is God - APPROXIMATELY same way your son is made of same "substance" as you, but is not you.
Same way, Jesus is God but not the Father.

I have never said such things myself, and I am much older than Jesus Christ of Israel was at the time of His death. And I could never utter such ridiculous words even if I live to be a hundred or more. So, do we just assume that He may have said it for the sake of simply assuming that He may have? :-

The accounts in the Bible indicate that Jesus Christ of Israel, in submission to His Father, God of Israel, limited His scope to the bloodline of Jacob. He proclaimed that He only did as commanded by His Father— what He saw His Father do, too — without mincing words, that He was sent only to the Lost Sheep of Israel. Last I checked, that ain't mankind. undecided

Like I said 99% of what he said never made it into the Bible. He said what you mentioned at one point, but he later gave a parable about a man who invited his rich friends ("bloodline"} to a party but none of them showed up. The man then threw the party open to all (mankind)

.1. And as I said, you are wrong to assume that all He ever said would have needed to have made it into the book before one could conclude that He never said such a thing. undecided

2. I see your little lie there. grin

The parable you pretend you refer to actually goes a lot differently from what you claim here. First, the wedding feast was thrown by a King who then invited people in His kingdom — no indication that people from faraway kingdoms were invited. The day of the feast arrived, but those who were invited — sounded like the nobles —were a no-show; they even killed the servants sent by the King to invite them to the party. The king, furious, sent his army out, had them all killed, and burned their cities— no mention of him sending his army to invade other kingdoms and starting wars in other lands over this. Then he instructed His servants to go to the street corners to bring in those people instead to His banquet, which was already ongoing. This is a summary of the parable in Matthew 22 vs 14. undecided

So, my question is, where do you get that the King of this Kingdom threw the party open to all of mankind? Where do you get this notion that mankind resided on the street corners of this King's kingdom? undecided

It really doesn't matter the particulars of the parable, the idea is very clear - the banquet went to those for whom it was not initially intended. Who would that be?

Bottom line, you can say what Jesus said but you can't say what Jesus NEVER said!
