Lagos State Government should pay compensation and cover the hole, it could be anybody next time ... Oyo State Government and Federal Government should ensure bar rails on their bridges or anywhere that has a deep hole to fall in, some of us would be on our phone not looking.

Anyone could have fallen into it in the dark, that included the vulnerable ones like the old, pregnant, kids and handicapped.
