There is nothing fit in "pot belly". I assume this is a distorted picture, however Wike's recent pictures shows he is currently looking more fit than he was many years ago.

To all those who think a man is healthy when he is rotund, obese and fat in the cheeks, it is Nigerias media showing unhealthy politicians and rich men that created that false image on your head.
