“The more you pull people out of poverty, the more you solve insecurity. We need to invest in education,” Obi stressed. “Our children are not in school. I’ve sat with Almajiri children—they are some of the most brilliant minds God created. If they can’t go to school, take the school to them.” H.E Peter Obi Man like Obi |

Nigeria doesn't deserve Peter He is too good for them as they prefer to suffer They prefer emilokan cap We know people who love suffering We know people who prefer buying fuel at NGN 120 per litre in APC filling station We.know people who prefer to spend Their time and money formenting trouble and funding crisis in other political parties instead of governance We know people who have collected money from Baba renewed hope and shout LP PDP SDP in the morning, at night they will hide like a Nicodemus to plan evil, How can the country move forward with APC in government? Fund crisis, take pictures, publish fake news propaganda and use EFCC DSS to padlock the remaining opposition |

Politics works with military - power, it doesn't rest, the only thing which won't go unnoticed. Even when the territory attacks gets calm, people would be scared of what follows. EBOLA see Corona run, in those days we used salt, then later moved to nose masks and the slogan 'stay safe'. In today's catastrophe I'd say the slogan would switch to 'don't get killed' Nigeria feels like a military war zone where anything could turn a huge issue that'll cost people's properties. Who would be happy to learn that the man that destroyed his house is living a good life? It's just tough. |

Who has noticed that while Goodluck Jonathan made efforts to get Almajiris off the streets by building them decent schools, Tinubu hasn't even mentioned lifting these folks off the streets? No wonder he clearly stated that he has no plans for northern Nigeria. He just needs their votes and to enjoy his turn (Emilokan) https://www.google.com/amp/s/tribuneonlineng.com/tinubu-told-me-he-has-no-blueprint-for-north-najaatu/amp/ |

See the Kind of Special and Rational Human Being Nigeria Missed because of Tribalism and religious extremism. They went and voted one man that promised Heaven and Earth and he never achieved even one. The National trending insecurity is subject to poverty and other factors. The North like Peter Obi said has the best type of Soil that different crops can grow without adding fertilizer but Farmers cannot dare farming because of insecurity. You will Hate Peter Obi but he is the best. History will ever remember that One external person Beat the Lagos Landlord in Lagos in 2023 Presidential Election. |

Haters please don't get it twisted he meant North transforming the country by supporting the right person from the south and not to be contesting for presidency in every election |

Yes oo, with Bandits and Bokoharam Economic policies. Just don't let them know you are deceiving them. People who don't raise children to be productive but just to survive long enough and used for political numerical advantage. |

Like Obi or hate him. This man consistently offers the very practical solutions to Nigerias economic and security problems. 1. Invest in Agriculture massively: Agriculture alone can give Nigeria more than it gets from Oil revenue. But lazy leaders we have think oil is all and all 2. Cut cost of governance. Just look at how much Tinubu spends on frivolous yatch, plane, presidential villa or even national assembly. Unsustainable! 3. Invest in STEM: science, technology, engineering and maths. Train more doctors, nurses, and more. Send them abroad and guess what? Philippines overseas workers repatriate twice revenue as Nigeria makes in oil and gas. And much more. He is the only Nigerian politician who is consistent with this messages. You cab say all you want but you know the truth in your heart. 3. |

| Re: North Can Transform Nigeria - Peter Obi by emkz: 6:35am On May 26, 2025 |
North alone cannot transform Nigeria. Nigeria is an aggregation of subnationalities, each needs to contribute their quota to national development. The Niger Delta contributes oil. The North contributes agriculture, mostly livestock. If they invest massively in agriculture on a mechanized scale, they won't be fighting for who goes to Abuja. There are also mineral resources in the North. They don't even need oil. Then there is manpower ready to work. The service industry and hospitality is mostly in the SouthWest. The Middle-Belt is a rich agricultural belt. Anambra can be home to fabrications and can fabricate anything if given the environment to function. Especially if they had had sensible administrators in the past whose lasting legacy was a legacy of a brewery. Everyone needs to contribute their quota. Let no one be making statements to ingratiate themselves for political expediency. Let them show workings. |

nellybank86:I like your optimism but north has shown that they don't want to be led by Eastern guy no matter how competent he is. Watch them turn Obi to Vp candidate instead of the president himself. They just want to take advantage of his followers and gbooom! When they won Atiku will forget to honour any 4 years term |
